Service Agreement

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, able to form a binding contract, and legally permitted to use the service. You may not use the service if you are required to register as a sex offender, have been removed for misconduct, or use it on behalf of another person without written authorization.

2. Purpose of the service

The service provides a private environment for adult introductions and communication. We are not a party to member interactions, meetings, promises, payments, travel, or personal decisions. We do not guarantee admission, compatibility, a response, a meeting, or any outcome.

3. Account and profile duties

You must provide accurate, current information; use only your own identity and images; keep credentials confidential; and promptly update material changes. You are responsible for activity under your account. Membership access is personal and may not be sold, shared, or transferred.

4. Consent and conduct

Consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and ongoing. It may be withdrawn at any time. You must respect boundaries and decisions without pressure or retaliation.

You may not harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, deceive, exploit, blackmail, discriminate unlawfully, distribute intimate content without permission, promote commercial sexual activity, involve minors, solicit illegal goods or services, manipulate financial decisions, or use the service for trafficking or other unlawful conduct.

5. Financial caution

Members make their own financial decisions. The service does not broker personal payments or guarantee promises between members. Do not send funds to someone you have not met and independently come to trust. Never share passwords, access codes, bank login details, or complete payment-card data.

6. Content license and responsibility

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure, and promote your use of the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and that your content does not violate law or another person’s rights.

7. Review, moderation, and enforcement

We may review requests, profiles, and reports; request more information; restrict visibility; remove content; suspend access; or close an account when we reasonably believe rules, law, safety, or service integrity require it. We are not obligated to monitor every interaction and may make enforcement decisions using available information.

8. Member meetings

In-person meetings are optional and undertaken at your own risk. Use a public venue, independent transport, and the safety guidance provided. We do not conduct background checks unless clearly stated for a specific feature, and any review can miss or fail to predict harmful conduct.

9. Fees and cancellation

If paid features are introduced, the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, and refund conditions will be shown before purchase. Unless a checkout screen states otherwise, no charge is due for creating a profile on this website.

10. Intellectual property

The service design, text, branding, software, and other materials supplied by us are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them only for personal use of the service. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or create a competing database from the service except where law clearly permits.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, member identity, member statements, or personal safety.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, or harm arising from member conduct or in-person meetings. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so part of this section may not apply.

13. Disputes and governing law

Before filing a claim, email legal@sugardaddychicago.com with a description and requested resolution and allow thirty days for an informal response. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, Illinois law governs these terms, and disputes that proceed in court will be brought in state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

14. Ending access

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for rule violations, risk, nonpayment, inactivity, legal requirements, or discontinuation. Sections that by nature should survive will remain effective, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.

15. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email, and continued use after the stated effective date means acceptance. Questions may be sent to legal@sugardaddychicago.com; support requests belong at support@sugardaddychicago.com.
